What should I pay for a 1300?

Im in the market for a V-star 1300. What should I expect to pay for one? There's a dealer with a brand new 07 1300 and they're asking 6699... is that a decent price or could I get one for a better deal?

Doesn't seem that bad. Avg retail for used is around $6k. It's hard to value a bike that is still new but a few years old.

That is a fair price and a lot of good bike at that.

That's as low as I've seen for the non-current 07. I've seen the 1300 Tour for $7200. I bought a used 07 1300T for $6500, but it already has $3000 in custom add-ons.

They are a great bike, by the way!

Your prices make us sick in Australia 2008 V Star 1300 new stock are $16500. They blame it on the Australian Importers!

Huh.. you are so lucky with the prices in the US. Check out the prices in EU and see the difference.
