spark plug changing and oil chnage

ok i have a 2001 650.... i need a how to on chnaging the oil (how much and what kind and how) and how to on chnaging the plugs i already have new plugs for it ..... anything you can tell me is great..

You're going to need a new rubber gasket for the oil filter as well. Make sure when reinstalling the cover for the oil filter that you tighten each nut evenly and not overly tight, as you may crush the gasket and have a leak.
