rear axle covers for V star 1300

I was looking at the billet rear axle covers for the 1300 but there is no real description on how they get installed. Do they need to be installed by a dealership?

Idk if there is a difference, but my 1100 rear swingarm caps mount using 2 screws. I have the kuryakyn covers.

On mine they have to be put on when I get my tire replaced. The mounting brackets are held on with the axle then I have two set screws to hold on the covers.

I'm getting my tires replaced in the Spring so I'll get these axle covers added on at the dealership. Thanks for your help
