V-Star 1300 upgrade question

I do a lot of highway riding with my 1100. If you have upgraded to a V-Star 1300 from an 1100 I'd be interested in your thoughts. Are you happy you upgraded? What are the benefits of the 1300 over the 1100? Anything the 1100 did better? Was it worth the extra coin?

Never had1100 but I do,now have 1300. I came from sport bikes so,the power is far less. However, I can tell you that after I am at 65-70 I do not feel the need to downshift to pass someone. Plenty of power. Also, 0-60 is plenty healthy as well. I'd guess its low 4 seconds or so. Doesn't star having power fall off until 80 or so. And gets great mpg. Even getting on it quite a bit I am averaging 43-48.
