Homemade lowering links.

I know I have found it once before. I would like instructions on how to make lowering links for a v star 1300. I think the instructions were for a 1100 but it was the same i think.

2008 V-Star 1300 Tourer
Home Made Intake/Big Air - Found in Mod Section
Road Burner 2 1/2" Street Pro's painted black tips
Lowered 1 1/4"
Progressive Front Springs
Cobra FI2000 O2
Memphis Shades Batwing & 6.5" Spoiler Smoked Shield
Drag Specialties Bagger Bars
Avon Cushion Grips w/Throttle Boss
6000k HID
Candied tail light and signal lights w/360 LED bulbs
Horn relocated to left chrome cover
Lay down license plate
12V power in Left Saddle Bag

I would imagine it is as simple as measuring for the height you want just pull the stock one off and go from there.

2007 V star 1100 Classic flat black bagger.

Currently bone stock going to be a bitchin bagger in progress. Already at the shop gettting a custom 2 into 1 exhaust.

But I saw the plans and a spec saying how much further apart drops how much. That's what I wanna find but for the life of me I cant.

If you find it I would be interested to to see how much spacing drops the bike?

Im considering building two sets. 1 that would get me 1 1/8" drop. And the other in the middle around 1 9/16". Maybe even a third set at that 2.25"drop for when I buy a progressive spring.
