Need a better seat

The stock seat on the 950T is literally a pain in the butt. I'm looking around for an aftermarket seat that works with the stock passenger seat. The passenger seat rarely gets used but not enough to justify spending hundreds more just to get the whole seat package. I want a good driver seat that will work with the stock passenger seat. Anyone know of one. Mustang won't. Ultimate won't. Suggestions? Maybe I just need to have one built.

I have the Ultimate seats and love them. I bought the set so my wife would have a comfy place to sit but I see no reason why you can't buy just the MidRider seat.

Correction: Just swapped the passenger seat back to stock and confirmed it is NOT compatible with the Ultimate MidRider. So you either have to get the set or dump the passenger seat.

Sorry for the bad info in my initial response.

i have a mustang wide solo seat and it works flawlessly with the stock passenger seat. no mod needed. i don't know why there are people on sites saying you have to customize a bracket or something to make it work.

Ultimate seats website says "Your stock passenger seat will not fit with our new rider seat but your stock rider seat will fit with our new passenger seat."

Mustang seats website says "NOTE: will not work with stock passenger seat."

Maybe it's because I'm wanting the solo seat with the backrest.

I don't think there should be any problem with the mustang. Here's the seat with the stock passenger. I don't have the backrest but still shouldn't be an issue. If you look at the picture with the mustang rear the only difference is that the mustang rear overlaps more.

FYI Ordered my Mustang Seat last week. Hats off to

They had the best price delivered to the door and their customer service rocks. Can't wait to get a more comfortable ride.
