I changed out my bars to the RSTD this summer. Glad I did! You shouldn't have to replace your Kuryakyn ISO grips.

The RSTD mod is one of the best mods I've done. They require different bar end weights, or use none. I put Avon grips on without weights with no problem.

I also got the bars from Shane and installed them earlier this year. Easy to do, much much more comfortable ride for me. My stock bars had the stock grips so I put new Kury ISO grips on the new gars. No end weights required.

It looks like SS Cycles sells the RSTD bars new for about the same price I got mine from ebay a couple of years ago. I would definitely order new ones if I were going to do it again. I discovered a small bit of surface rust on mine; it was easily removed, but still.

I googled the name and number you gave and it looks exactly same as the RSTD bar. I guess Barons came up with their own name for one too...not sure
