i don't think anyone makes a big bore kit for the 950, and i haven't found anyone that will bore it out. if they did, it would probably be at least $1K and i'm not sure it would be worth it.
besides the oil change, they check everything. or they're supposed to. every nut, bolt, belt, fluid, etc. and supposed to find if anything is out of spec or defective. it's like a 128 point inspection. but who knows what they actually check and what they skip. it doesn't affect your warranty if you do it yourself. i think the warranty just specifies that you're supposed to perform routine maintenance on time and keep everything stock.
