06 650 custom vibration

I have developed a vibration on acceleration and hwy speeds.
I have a relatively new front and rear tire, at hwy speed, I kill engine, vibration GONE, so I have ruled out tire balance.
I had a little worse vibration so I recently had a shop sync the carbs, I watched him sync with vacuum gauges to near ZERO, ZERO match !!!! Reduced vibration quite a bit.
The vibration is such that it causes my hands to become slightly NUMB.
Not sure where to look for the answer to this one.
Looking to the forum brain trust for what to look for.

Hey T.O.M, just a suggestion, have you checked to make sure everything is tight since you've recently replaced both tires? On my previously owned 650, I also had a vibration on acceleration and hwy speeds. I retightened everything on the front and rear suspension and the vibration went away. Hope this helps. Let us know what it turns out to be. I always say try the simple things first, lol.

Had a mechanic look at the bike re vibration!
Ran a compression test, front 120, rear 70 NOT GOOD!!!
Has anyone had a "VALVE JOB DONE" ON A 650?
If so approximately what was the cost?
Was it done by private shop or dealer?
