Ditching the fork tube covers on your Classic...

In case anyone wanted to take this on figured id toss in some info. Im not a big fan of the bulky looking front end on the Classic's. I thought well ill just ditch the tube covers. The issue with that is the unsightly holes left over. Not a huge ordeal but it would bother me after a while. Luckily I found somebody with a classic who wanted to trade lowers as he wanted to run the tube covers.

Notice the difference the two...Classic on bottom/Custom on top

You will have to change out the headlight for a Custom headlight or rig something up.

Before

After...still working on it obviously
