Choke Problems With my 2006 Classic 650
Hey everyone, i am relatively new to riding and i have hit my first bump in the road. I recently had my bike stored away for the winter. It was stored with a battery tender making sure the battery was in good shape, i also had turned off the fuel. I went to start it the other day and it was struggling to start but i could tell it was catching on but it just wasnt catching all the way. i was able to finally get it started and had it warming up with the choke pulled all the way out. But i had it idling for a good half an hour and it was definitely getting hot. But, when i would push in the choke even one notch, it was cutting out immediately. I could throttle but when i was getting ready to push it in so i could ride, It was immediately cutting out. I am thinking this has something to do with my choke line and carburetor. I am curious if i can fix this or do i need a mechanic? By the way, it is getting harder and harder to start it. It should not take me half an hour to get it started. i am curious if it is the my fuel line or something. Any help would be appreciated.
