'13 250 VStar Carb Float Level

I am working on trying to clean out a carb for a friends 250 and could use some help in finding the correct level to set the float at. I'm also looking for the base set adjustment for the pilot screw. I'm used to roughly 2 turns out as a starting point. Any help would be appreciated.
