Need help ASAP!!

I just noticed that there is a bolt missing from what to me appears to be a bracket hold my rear tire or at least something for my rear tire on. I haven't the slightest idea what's it's for, if it's needed, or even how long it's been missing. Someone please help. I'm nervous to ride it now if it's an important bolt

I'd be nervous too..... it's kind of important if you like stopping.

It's very important...it holds your brake caliper from moving around.

Go the the hardware store and get a 10 mm std thread bolt about 1 1/2" long..I'm pretty sure that's the size.
