Front fender removal on 1100 Custom

Hey one and all,

Kinda new here, just got my grubby little mitts on a 1100 Custom (year 2000) and in the process of stripping it down for a respray. Removing the tank and rear fender was no problem but could use some pointers on how to remove the front fender. Am I missing something totally obvious? Wouldn't be the first time...

Thanks, see you around,

- J

Thanks diemaco - finally got the thing off with the help of a long-nosed wrench to get in under the fender. Now off to paint, man, can't wait to get the bike back together in one beautiful, satin-black piece...
