Where did this bolt come from?

So my buddy and I were looking at the idle adjustment on my bike and this bolt literally just fell in his hands. Bike runs fine and nothing rattles or seems different. I looked in a ton of places around the engine and couldn't see where it goes. Any ideas?

Is that a fiber washer, or steel one ?? If it is fiber, then is is a sealing screw from somewhere. If it's steel, then who knows.

Tynker, it is a fiber washer. What would be around the throttle adjustment that would need a sealing screw?

It looks like a drain bolt from a carb. I cant tell the size from the pic. The pic of the bolt looks like it has never been used, if that is correct, maybe it was just a bolt that has always been just lost under the tank.

Thanks Nick. I think it was re-jetted so this makes sense. Might be a project one of these days.
