Either what other yamaha levers fit the xvs950 2009 model or were can i get black ones that are for this bike

Show Chrome and Kuryakyn make levers for your model. Don't know anyone makings them in black. Easy solution if you're set on black is to have a set powder coated. Shouldn't cost very much. They would run about $25 where I live. If you have the whole lever powder coated, you may have to sand down or dremel a few high spots if the fit is too tight.

I haven't seen any black ones for our bikes, powder coating them black isn't very expensive.
