Question Tighten front blinker assembly?

Take a look at the pic of my wife's 1100: the circled area is where it's loose and the blinker rotates. When she rides, the blinker ends up pointing up about 30 degree angle. How in the world do I tighten it down?

Hard to tell, I think some one has changed out the OEM clamp for something aftermarket?
Maybe you could use some contact glue?

The bolt at the 10 o'clock,(pic) on the OEM post there is a radius on the 90Deg., and that bolt goes thru it an keeps it from rotating and from moving back and forth.
It's unknown as what is used here?

Not sure if aftermarket, we've only had the bike for about a month. I couldn't tell by looking at the exploded diagram either.

I would slide it of and see what is there. Maybe just a few rapes of tape would do it?
I think they changed them out to have the chrome look over the black but that's a guess.
