Hello from East Texas. I recently inherited a 05 Yamaha vstar classic when my dad passed in December. Bike sat for 5-6 years trying to get it purring again.

Welcome from Atlantic Canada. Sorry about your Dad. There are lots of knowledgeable people on here who can help with any questions you may have. Chances are the carbs are pretty gummed up if it wasn't properly stored but it's nothing a little elbow grease can't fix. Make sure to post your questions in the appropriate forum for the best responses.
