Hello

I am new to the Star Bikes, I personally ride a Goldwing but my wife is the proud new owner of a 2009 V-Star 650, and she loves the bike. I guess it is time for me to learn about the V Twin bikes.

Welcome to the forum from East Tennessee. The 650 is a great platform to learn on. We’d love to see some pics of her ride, and get her involved in the forum. We have several female members.

Welcome from Sunny N. Florida. I think I met you on GW forums, my wife recommended you to come here. I ride a GW and a Star.

which GW do you have? I took an '83 for a short ride last year, would not mind having a GW for long HW trips. I like the way they look naked, but the fairing is nice to have at 85 mph.

Welcome! I can understand why your wife loves the 650, it's my primary bike and I don't have a single complaint about it.

I have a 2008 GL1800 and she loves to ride on the back but also loves to be on her own sometimes.
