New Rider V Star 1300 Tourer - First Bike

Call me crazy but I'm 56 and I just got my first bike. A pristine 2013 V Star 1300 Tourer with 6500 miles on it. I'm taking the MSF Course this weekend. I'm very excited to start this new adventure.

Any thoughts on Ivan's ECU Flash would be appreciated.

Welcome from Atlantic Canada, John. That is one beautiful ride you got yourself there. I can't speak from experience on the Ivan's flash but everything I've read about it is very positive.

Awesome, and welcome!
After 20 years out, I just got back into riding with a 1300 Tourer. You'll have fun!

Welcome. I'm 68 and just bought a Vstar 1300 a few weeks ago. I hadn't ridden in 30 years and bought a 800 vulcan classic, that lasted about 6 weeks and traded it back in for my 1300. I love this bike and it's got all I need for power.
