Hello from South Jersey

Hello All,

I'm starting my research on my next bike. I'm looking to get a Yamaha Star Venture Transcontinental.

Looking into the ease of typical maintenance (oil changes, brake pad replacement, etc), range on a tank of gas, and potential upgrades/options like passenger armrests. (I'm sure as time goes forward, I'll have more questions. If I cannot find them on this forum)

Thanks

did you fly or work on the A10?

I was the lead system engineer for the LASTE flight control and weapon targeting system at what use to be GE Aerospace.

Welcome and there is a Venture specific conversation set up and gets plenty of comments. These guys seem to be really into those.

All,

Thanks for your kind responses.

KCW, I wish i did but no. I'm just an enthusiast of the best warbird platform made to date.

Welcome from up the coast in Atlantic Canada. Like Keith and graybeard said, there is a growing SVTC owners group on here and they all seem extremely happy with them. Check out some of those threads and I'm sure a lot of your questions will be answered. If not, feel free to ask!
