Welcome from Northern Cal. Good looking bike and very similar to mine. One thought I'll throw out is if you still have a stock seat, you should consider getting an upgrade. Most of us recognize that more than two hours on the stock seat is painful. I changed to an Ultimate and have ridden many days in a row, all day long and never had a hurting butt. Mustang seats are also supposed to be good, I don't have personal experience there but I'll definitely vouch for my Ultimate. Pricey but worth it if you're going to put some miles on it.
