Welcome i am sure you will like it a lot. I went down to a 1100 classic from a VTX 1800. Don't ever regret the down size. Bought my first in 1978 and had a bunch til now. There are a lot of nice people with a lot of knowledge to help out.

https://sites.google.com/site/vstar1100kb/home check the must dosection to keep your 1100 in good running condition. never give it throttle when starting and check the mid shaft nut.click the upper right corner for contents
