Well 99 I think you've won the short intro prize of the day.

In any case, welcome to the forum. Don't be shy to ask questions, post often and even post pics of your potential ride when you get it.

Looking at buying a Road Star. I want a midnight edition, because I heard the Raven is a black with a red tint-or flake in the paint.

I have found a 2007 midnight road star, but it is carbed. I really want EFI, but I can't find if they made a black(midnight) road star that is EFI?

I live at low eleveation(1200feet), but all my rides will be in mountains up to very high elevations(12000feet). I am conerened about the carb model with big variations in elevation/temps. Anyone have experinance with the carb models performing well at such different elevations?

Sorry for the short intro, I posted here so I could post some questions in the "Road Star" section, but didn't get to much information.
