Another XVS

I have owned an XVS650 for about 2 years now, unfortunately due to injuries i sustained in Afghan i havnt riden it, so i thought i would pull her apart.
I have changed many parts on the bike makeing many of them myself which has caused me a problem or 2.
Anyway i will post my problems later.

I'm a little confused by your intro tho, perhaps too much grog (non-specific reference made to you or me), but is it that you made many parts or your disassembly has caused many problems? Not that it matters, we like helping all members, including the moderators (for now).
