Talking Hello

I joined the website January and found the information concerning the starter clutch replacement extremely informative. I bought my 1100 Classic last October from a Naval Officer through his father in-law, and thinking the reason it wouldn't start was the starter itself, from what the guy told me. Now through searching and finding this site I found all the great information on replacing the defective parts, including the updated parts. Though, I find it a great concern that there are sellers advertising replacement parts exactly the same, maybe knowing that eventually these parts will fail. There is one thing I found through all my years of riding(since "76")is a great little tool that everyone should have in they're tool bag. It' a paint can lid puller. I found this tool pulls plug boot off very easy, and we all can get a little frustrated with doing this. So, I just wanna put this out there for everyone. Safe Riding all.....

everything fails at some point given enough time. what would we do without companies that sold replacement parts?
