Front End Mod on XVS

Can anyone please give me some direction. I need to know if the triple-trees and bolts, are the same part on a 2000 XVS (Custom) and a Classic? I need to switch existing forks and wheel on my Custom and install Classic forks and wheel with no fender. Would the existing brake lines and rotors and pads etc be the same to transfer over? Many Thanks, Cheers

Welcome aboard. This is what I do when I need info like that. Web search parts nation, go to yamaha parts, look correct model,go to the part description for desired part, write the part# down, look up the other model and compare part #s. Seems like long and drawn out but it works.Just a thought hope this helps.
