V Max for a newb, I must be mad

Hey All
I fell in love with the V max first time I saw and heard one back in 86-87. Hope to own one soon. I can't see myself on anything else for short rides into the city etc. The stories don't scare me, I have a healthy respect for all bikes after a near-death experience many years ago. Going to look at a 04 next week, I must be mad

Welcome to the 4M!
A V-Max in the right hands is no more dangerous than any bike, in the wrong hands it's,,, let's not go there.
I hope you get what floats your boat! Good luck.
