Hello from Santa Fe, New Mexico.

I have a '07 V Star 650 that I bought new and have quickly put 50,000 miles on traveling 2 up and camping around the country. Having an electrical issue thats causing the bike to stop charging and eventually die any time it rains at the moment. I'm sure I'll get it sorted out if this long cold frigid winter will ever decide to end up here in the mountains

Here she is near the end of one of our trips and after 4 weeks on the road, got another 5 week trip planned this fall to see the other half of the country we haven't been to yet. I've tried to keep a blog going of our travels for those who are interested, its a little out of date but there are some good 650 tech articles and how-to's in there as well. http://ziariderblog.com/

We like to refer to the red bikes as blue bike wanna-bees, oh you'll fit in fine here, just fine indeed!

the squabbling among red and blue bike owners is akin to a slug racing a snail
