New Raider S Owner

Greetings all. I have just purchased an '09 Raider S. I am very excited and I love the looks of this bike! This is my first two wheel bike. I also own a Spyder. I have never ridden a 2 wheeler, so I plan on taking the safety classes here in Birmigham Alabama. Any suggestions for a true newbie?

Welcome aboard Hang on & enjoy the ride

Don't know what kind of motor the Spyder has. The Raider has LOTS of power so i'm glad to see your going for the safety course

Welcome, I agree as well about the course, I went from a 650 Vstar to the Raider I have now, huuuuuge difference in power. Enjoy it and ride safe.

Welcome to the 4M.

Two things:
1) Yes, take the course as you have planned.
B) Use their bike and not your Raider.
