Hello from Detroit

I've been around this and previous forum, but never posted. Now I have a question. I have an 04 Road Star and the transmission started jumping out of gear. First only on hard launches in 1st. Then eventually degraded to jumping out of gear in 2nd and 3rd. Currently DOA. Anybody have similar issue? Does it require engine removal to repair. Thanks

Sorry to hear about your problems, and unfortunately I can't help you either. Hopefully someone else with the right kind of knowledge jumps in soon!
