Well after a 3 year break from ridding (sport bikes) I just got back in to the saddle with an 03 1100 custom. Hardest part so far is breaking the habit of where my feet want to go for the pegs, used to the sport bike still.
Already started doing a little work to it. Replaced the left side fork seal, oil change, break fluid flush, cleaning the hypercharger, removing old lights, and the windscreen.
Still way behind the learning curve for this bike but thankfully there are places like this to troll for information. Next task is tensioner case gasket, and rear drive oil change.
Still trying to diagnose a problem with the idle (staying at high idel when coming to a stop for a few seconds).
