New 1100 V Star custom rider

Hello to all, last summer I went to the dealer looking for a leather jacket for my fiance' and came home with a 2009 V Star 1100 Custom with 1 mile on it. My ride at the time was a 2005 Kawasaki Vulcan 800, which was never quite "big" enough when she rode with me. I love the 1100, it's small enough for me to handle comfortably, but large enough to ride us both in style.

So far, I've added a National Cycle lightbar, Switchblade 2-Up windshield, Cobra 2-into-1 exhaust, passenger floorboards, River Road saddlebags, and a Cobra backrest and rack. Oh, and a must-have 6"x9" US Flag for the luggage rack

What's left? Well, the wish list has driver floorboards with heel-toe shifter, and a tachometer.

Thanks, Sparky. I've owned a number of bikes, everything from my starter bike Honda 450 CME, Vulcan 750 and 800, even a 1985 Maxim 650, and the V Star is the best yet. Like yours, it's a Midnight black, I love the anodized black engine.
