Introducing Myself and my “Yamahog” V-Star 650

Hello All, I’m Sal from Connecticut and I recently, as of a couple weeks ago, became the owner of a black 2001 V-Star 650 Classic, now my second bike. I became a first time rider this past June when I bought a used Honda Rebel 250. The Yamaha V-Star Classic resembles a Harley so I think I’d like to name mine the “Yamahog”. I will be posting some pictures here soon, and posting some (beginner) questions too. Ride safe.

Welcome Sal, from southwestern PA. Great handle. And congrats on yer new acquisition.
I call mine "The Beast". And it's gonna be mid 70's here today too, and we're headed out fer a ride here very shortly. Maybe the "last ride" of the season. Sure hope not. Look forward to those pics.
