Hello new member in Florida

Hello located in Orlando, FL and have just bought my first motorbike. Originally I had put a deposit on a new Honda Metropolitan scooter but after poking around the dealers website I fell in love with a used Suzuki S40 with its classic lines and big single, well needless to say it was a total heap of crap when I inspected it in person. After looking around the dealership I ended up going with a 2008 V Star 250 with 950miles. I use to be a complete British bike snob (all I own are English cars) but the quality and value the Yamaha has shown me the light with Asian bikes.

A couple pics of my first ever motorbike ride and the bike itself. Looking forward to my motorbike safety class.

Welcome! The MSF course is a fabulous way to learn the basics but most of your actual learning will be on the road with your spunky new bike Have fun, ride safe and we look forward to hearing more as you get comfy with your new baby
