Cool New from Door County WI

Hi all,
I'm sorta new to riding. My 75th birthday is in 2 weeks. My wifey bought me a new red 950 tourer for my birthday. The only thing that perplexes me is that she also took out $1,000,000 in additional life insurance on me! Go figure. I also own a 1983 Yamaha Venture Royale that I completely rebuilt last year. It was a basket case and what a challenge that was! It's a sweet running bike but at my age a tad too heavy so that's why the tourer. I plan to sell the 83 but I'm not in a hurry - it goes up in value a few hundred every year. The tourer only has 400 miles on it so it's not even broken in. I'd like to take a trip to New Glarus but weather has not been very pleasant the past few weeks. Glad to be joining this group. I also belong to the Yamaha Venture group and all I can say is they were super and a big help when I needed it. So I'm looking forward to the same from the Star bunch.

Welcome to the 4M.

I hope we can live up to your expectations....but.....historically speaking, I doubt it.
