new member looking for more pullback

I ride an '05 650 Silverado (love it!). It's my first bike and I bought it used a few months ago. It already has 4" risers with 1 1/2" pullback, and from what I can tell it has already had new/longer cables put on.
BUT, I need more pullback as I have a bad shoulder. Is there a way to get more?
I have also already tried rolling the handlebars lower, but it's the reach that is the problem - not the height.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Change the 4x1 1/2's out to 3x3's if it has the stock cables they will both fit. I had to add a 1/8" shim so they(3x3) would clear the instrument panel on the 650. They will touch the panel on full L/R turn.
