Hi From Indiana!

Looking at a 2003 Road Star to replace my 1995 Harley. The Harley is a real nice ride and show bike, but, I'm ready for something different.

Thanks! My 750 Virago would have blown my Harley away from a stop.

Yes. My second and most favorite bike is a 750 Virago. The old girl will smoke anything ( crotch rockets excepted) up to 45 or so, then no contest.

Where in the great Hoosier state may you be located?

Yea, I had the Virago for about a month before I realized it was a bit too small to go on long rides. Great around the town cruiser though. Sold it to a friend at my church and he loves it for the riding he does.

Then, I bought a Vulcan 1500. Just not satisfied for some reason.

Then, the Harley. Satisfying enough, but, almost too much for the riding I do.

Welcome to the 4M!

A couple years ago, went out to SD and back. Must say, Indiana roads suck (this comes from a Mass resident so...). Hope they are good near you.

Welcome from Arizona. I hope that Road Star is blue. You do know that blue bikes are faster, don't you?

Yo Wart, I guess you musta went through up north? Try the southern 1/3 of the state, the REAL Indiana I agree with you, anything north of Bloomington( GO IU) sucks as far as cycle roads go

Some super fine bike ridin roads down here, give it a whirl sometime if you get the chance, I know you will be surprised at what we got down here in this part of the state

Whoops, don't think Ol Sugar Bear never did say "welcome to this here form" so welcome here and have fun
