Any good rides in Michigan and Ohio

Did a lot of riding in lower michigan, upper ohio, and went to Indiana a few times but nothing really noteworthy just riding to ride, would actually like to have a destination since my girlfriend wants to ride along, want to make short trips with her since both of us cant be gone for long from ours kids, any suggestions for one day rides?

The pickney chain of lakes area is a great ride... Everyone loves to go to hell.
They have some really nice roads out in new Baltimore. Riding next to lake saint Clair is always a pleasant ride. Heading south to Toledo and riding next to the maumee can be a nice ride as well.

If you have a chance to get over to this side of the state we have some awesome roads, ride up the lakeshore. Beautiful..

Rode to the western side of the state, grand rapids area, and love riding around Ohio, seems more biker friendly, but want to stop and enjoy some things, take pics, etc, instead of just riding, my head is quite clear now,so want to smell the roses, lakes, etc,lol
