Hello everybody! I have some questions that I really need answered. I like to find things out on my own, but not this time. Looking for some help if anybody has some time. So my 02 vstar 1100 classic. I put Vance and Hines slipons on. I have back pressure that I'd really like to get rid of without screwing my bike up. Now without me getting into what I've read and heard, I'm open to ideas and remedies. Thanks.
If that is the case if you remove the back pressure it will make it worse. Just re jet your carbs. You won't completely eliminate it but will decrease it.
have you removed your AIS system yet? alot of people have removed that on the 1100s and found that it helped get rid of back firing, all info can be found on the wiki page
