be careful on Mulholland Highway. whatever is going on, reports are confirmed of excess oil in dangerous parts of the highway

This isn't anything new......happens a couple times a year, when the local residents are tired of hearing those after market exhausts wailing away at redline early in the AM and through out the day on weekends. ! ! ! It's a shame that its come to this......happens down south at Palomar as well.

if someone get's killed they could face a manslaughter charge if caught, some people don't think until there in cuffs or prison. if they can catch people starting forest fires these people can be caught also
