Question Bike lift issues

I purchased a Canadian Tire bike lift for my 1100 and I'm having fitment issues with it. I've tried to put blocks of rubber/wood to help with the frame clearance but I can't seem to get the right combination going.

Any of you guys/gals have suggestions/solutions to this?

Got any pictures of the lift and a few more hints as to what is hitting that should'nt or what it isn't hitting and should?

And you would'nt think this would be such a problem, being a red bike and all, it's practically built to be up on a lift.

Get right down there on the ground level, look at what is hangin down, you got to make sure your two lift points are between . I got mine marked so I can slide my jack in with no obstuction.

bike lift

I purchased the same bike lift as you from Can tire. after a lot of cursing and repositioning I figured it just wont lift the entire bike safely with out falling off the jack. I think that the engine case is too low between the frame rails for the jack to lift the entire bike, so what Ive done is to lift the back wheel off the ground and leave it that way and put a piece of wood under the front tire. Now the bike is secure on the jack and the front tire is not touching the cold floor.
