Connection issues

I've gotten this message several times today. My connection is good as other sites opened up without issue.

This has nothing to do with you, but means the site is having issues behind the scenes.

Thank you for the update and sorry about the delay getting back to you on this.
It sounds like the DB errors are better now.

FYI, I've received this error three times today. Only took screenshot once. Midday on a Wednesday seems to be a strange time for a site timeout.

Hello there,

These errors are network-wide and we're aware.
Unfortunately, these are unique to each user.
We're looking into it but no ETA on a fix.
Does this occur very often?

Ed

On a norm a few times a week. I posted issue since it was three in one day. I can backup, wait a few minutes and it will connect.
