How do I set my timezone?

Go to User CP.
Left side menu.
Settings and options.
Edit Options
Toward bottom is the date and time settings.

btw, that setting only works if you log in with your username

if you just pull up the website and you are not logged in, all the time stamps on the Recent Discussions side bar will be in, i think Pacific or Mountain time zone.
