Drag bar and risers???

Howdy folks,

I'm riding a 2015 bolt and i'd like to do some modifications to the handle bars. I love the drag bar look (looking at the Bitwell 1" zero drag bar), especially with the front fairing, but i'd like it to be a couple inches higher then where the stock bar sits. I also don't want to reduce too much reach (i'm only 5'8). Anybody know of any good risers to fit the bolt and a 1" drag bar? Maybe raise it 3-4" or so?

This is my first bike so any advice is much appreciated.

Cheers!

just about any risers for a 1" bar should fit your bolt. there boocoos of options out there. i would just start googling motorcycle risers to see what kinds of designs are out there for you. your stock risers are probably 3/4" if not 1". so if you want 3-4" higher, i would look at 4" risers. here's a starting place for you:

Thanks Bevo that was very helpful. I'm assuming the added rise will require extended control and brake cables? Would it be best to purchase those from Yamaha's accessory line? Amazing how much they charge for those extended cables!
