Testing my eBay sand blaster not bad

Stripped and painted the monoshock. That is one hell of a spring. Monoshock fixed back into the powder coated frame and Swingarm.

Engine painted up need to replace the manifold studs which are stuck. This will be the next part of the build trying to drill them out as I can’t seem to weld a nut to them. I’m not putting the chrome effect covers and various mounting brackets back on the cylinders so should save myself a couple of kilos in weight. Thinking of just putting domed nuts on the stud ends. Replaced the rubber cylinder intakes.

@Heartyhub we need more bike pictures. Looking great so far.

Going to be a while before I put anymore pics up. Trying to drill the exhaust studs out but looks like I’m going to have to take them to a machine shop. Just need the money to do it. Can’t believe one from each cylinder came out ok and two are jammed solid. As soon as there out though I will start building again as that’s what is holding me up.

In the pass I have welded a nut on the broken or rounded off bolt wait for it to cool and sometimes it comes out? Just something that may help?
