She called to me. I was kicking around two VStars, both 1300s, one with a tour package and one a lowered Deluxe. The evening before I was going to go back and look closely at them, I did a CycleTrader search, and this beauty popped up. I had been enchanted by the lines of the Strats last summer when I saw one up close, so this was pretty much a no brainer, we traveled two and half hours the next day to see it, and brought it home two weeks later---We had to wait a week so I could ride it home, because it snowed the weekend we were going to originally get it.
