    So I have the baffles removed in my slip on mufflers. I added lolipops to help with back-pressure. I used an eye bolt with a nut/ bolt washer through the hole. I am wondering if I should increase the diameter of the washer. Is there an optimal percentage of the pipe to block to make lollipops...
