I've watched all the YouTube videos I can find, 2 inch hole saw,, long screwdriver, hammer screw driver in, cannot for the life of me loosen other end of the baffling,, I was thinking of take the exhaust covers off tomorrow and taking a deeper look, looks like the chrome just covers the pipe, am I correct on that?

I had the same issue. I had to drive a long flat screwdriver in between the pipe and the second baffle. Once it was wedged in there I then twisted it to open the gap up. Did this in several points around the pipe and it loosened it up so I could remove it.

Yep, it's a pia to get the pipe loosened from the baffle. But it will come out!!
