Good day all,
My bike starting what appears to be flooding this year, it starts, idles for 5 to 10 seconds and stalls out. Took out the plugs, they look fine but are wet with gas.....too wet. Replacing them today but I am doubtful that's the cause......any ideas

We need a bit more info on your bike. How was it stored over the winter? Did you leave the petcock open on your gas tank and did you add some fuel stabilator? Sounds like a stuck float to me. You may want to either take the carbs off and clean them or put in some sort of carb clean and see what that does for you. My first choice would be to remove the carbs and give them a good cleaning.

Bike was stored in an unheated shed unfortunately this year, never again. It started doing this late last year but I could get it going with a little cranking. On a cold start, full choke, it started but ran for 5-10 seconds and stalled out. It doesn't rev up like it used to last year. Tried turning it over some, it backfired and that was about it. I did put fuel stabilizer in it prior to storage, I did have it out for a short run, seemed to work o.k. Then it sat for a week or so, now this. Took the plugs out yesterday and tried grounding them, the spark looked yellow, orange color, not bright. Getting new plugs in a few minutes.

Fuel Valve

Did you make sure your fuel valve was in the off position while it was stored? That's usually the main reason for engine flooding.
